MCG 111 is a chemically inert, oxygen compatible, perfluoropolyether
(PFPE) grease lubricant. MCG 111 has an operating temperature range
of -100° F to 450°F. Uses for CHRISTO-LUBE®
MCG 111 include all types of life support systems, including open
and closed circuit diving, aviation oxygen, hyperbaric chambers
and medical gas regulators. Other uses for MCG 111 include instrumentation,
pneumatic cylinders and electrical contacts and switches.
CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 116 is qualified
to MIL-PRF-27617F, Type III. CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 116
is also a chemically inert, oxygen compatible perfluoropolyether
(PFPE) grease lubricant. Characteristics of MCG 116 are generally
the same as those of MCG 111, except MCG 116 has a more-limited
operating temperature range of -30° F to 450° F.
Other Products with Military and Aerospace Applications

a chemically inert perfluoropolyether (PFPE) grease used in weapons
guidance systems and other applications requiring low temperature
starting and running torque. MCG 106 has an operating temperature
range of -140° F to 450°F. MCG 106 contains a PFPE-soluble
corrosion inhibitor for protection of lubricated parts in long-term
storage.
CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 117 is
a chemically inert perfluoropolyether (PFPE) grease used in instrumentation,
guidance systems and other aerospace applications. MCG 117 has an
operating temperature range of -100° F to 550°F.

CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 111
CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 111 is a wide temperature range,
perfluoropolyether grease which was developed for use in
systems where non-reactivity with harsh chemicals including
strong acids and oxidizers, fuels, solvents, etc. is an
important factor. The grease is suitable for use in applications
including electrical contacts, valves, threads, screws,
bearings and in systems employing elastomeric and plastic
seals, gaskets and o-rings. Although CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG
111 is very inert, newly exposed rubbing surfaces of aluminum
and magnesium may react with the grease under certain extreme
conditions. CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 111 meets the specification
requirements and has been qualified under Military Specification
MIL-PRF-27617F, Types I, II, and III.

CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 106
CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 106 is a wide temperature range, perfluoropolyether
grease which is especially useful in low-pressure vacuum systems
and other systems where non-reactivity with harsh chemicals including
strong acids and oxidizers, fuels, solvents, etc. is mandatory.
The grease is suitable for use over an operating temperature range
of -140°F to 450°F in applications including ball, roller,
plain spherical and needle bearings of large and small diameter,
electrical contacts, gears, splines, valves, screw actuators, and
in systems employing elastomeric and plastic seals, gaskets, and
o-rings. Although CHRISTO-LUBE®MCG 106 is very inert, newly
exposed rubbing surfaces of aluminum and magnesium may react with
the grease under certain extreme conditions.
